Shipping & Return

Shipping

Order processing takes usually 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email about shipping fee, and payment options. Complete your payment. We’ll send you all the information about shipment.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship Europe-wide, using UPS, FedEx.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping via GLS on orders over 100€.

Free European shipping on Home Decor orders over 100€.

Free shipping transit time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking and insurance.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available EUROPE-WIDE.

We ship internationally with DHL, FedEx, UPS.

We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. DHL, Fed-ex, UPS Express Mail generally takes 2 to 5 business days, not including any customs delays.

If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns

Web returns are eligible for exchange, or refund within 14 days of order delivery. 

The goods must be free from use, stains, demage,  or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Special orders, custom furnitures, home fragrances, final sale products are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange or refund).

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

Our product is sold in as is condition. Products, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance.
