Our items is sold in as is condition. Furnitures, Home Decors, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance.<\/p>\n

It is important to be aware of your furniture, home decor, while using it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n

If an item purchased from [Art Of Cosy Home] incurs damage, please return it to Us. We will take the item in, review the damage and contact you with an estimate for the repair.<\/p>\n\n

RETURNS:<\/h6>\n\n

Web returns are eligible for refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n

At [Art of Cosy] we’ll gladly accept the return of items within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from use, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.<\/p>\n

Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Special orders, custom furniture, home fragrances, candles are final sale, are not eligible for return.<\/p>\n\n

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. [Art of Cosy] will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the returns office.<\/p>\n\n

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING:<\/h6>\n\n

We ship domestically using GLS. We offer express and priority mailing services. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination after checkout.<\/p>\n

Once we received the order, we’ll send you confirmation e-mail about all the information. You don’t have to pay until you are agree to the conditions.<\/p>\n

Express mail is guaranteed 2 day delivery, while priority mail is 2-3 day delivery.<\/p>\n\n

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:<\/h6>\n\n

We ship to European countries. Rates are calculated at time of checkout.<\/p>\n

[Art of Cosy] is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination, but is generally 3 to 7 business days.<\/p>\n

Home Fragrance may not be shipped every country.<\/p>\n\n

TRACKING NUMBERS:<\/h6>\n\n

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. [Art of Cosy] only ships packages Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n\n

At [Art of Cosy] we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests.<\/p>\n
